Me, I remember when BLM came out, I thought it was great and that it pissed all over even Earth Vs. However, having gained a bit of perspective, the initial excitement has died down and I can judge both albums objectively. To be honest, I think that Earth Vs now comes out on top but only just... meanwhile, VDC is currently my favourite by miles but given time and perspective, I reckon I might change my mind. We'll see.

Nah, that's a really good point. 'Earth Vs' will always be a special album to me. Mainly because it was the first Wildhearts/Ginger album I heard. But also because the songs are just completely timeless.
I wonder how we'll all look back on 'VDC' in ten years time...
