Skunk Anansie also reforming - now this HAS caught my interest!!!

I never could quite understand the appeal of Skunk Anansie to be honest, however I ended up seeing them live and Skin (Their singer not Myke Grays lot,) was getting harrassed big time by one heckler and she cut him down to size with one quick line which made me both piss myself laughing and make me have complete and total respect for the woman.....

"Yeah well I fucked your mom"

I admit a bit old school now but back in 95/96 it was the first time I heard it so I thought it a slice of fried gold.

The Download Festival website has been updated with the following statement about streaming a live performance by Faith No More:

"We’ve just heard that Faith No More have agreed to let us broadcast their phenomenal Download set live from Donington right here on downloadfestival.co.uk!

"That means that the band’s first festival gig since reforming after an 11-year hiatus will be shown across the world via our webcast. Having listened to them soundcheck this afternoon, we can confirm that the performance will be very much worth the wait.

"Set to be THE festival band of the summer, Faith No More are joined by the likes of Staind, Killswitch Engage, Korn, The Blackout and Hollywood Undead, all going out live on the official Download website throughout Friday.

"Click here from 9pm on Friday 12th June to see the Epic Faith No More as they perform at Download not only to 80,000 festival goers, but also to the entire world online.

Although, it's probably not that much of a coup seeing as they're streaming the whole day. :?

No idea, but keep an eye on the usual torrent sites over the next few days. Someone else will bound to have done it (in as high quality as possible) and made it available to the world at large.

Cheers Ean.. but I had a trial run with that software already and it doesn't seem to work properly unless you buy it. Says demo will only record 75% of video you're recording but when I tried it I didn't even get that much :?

Didn't think you'd have seen that before I deleted it - I hadn't checked the link, so I didn't know that it wasn't free.

There are possibly less honest ways of getting hold of it though. Not that I'd know what any of them are, obviously...

They are one of the (not so) 'Secret' bands. Can't remember what day though.

Yea I was shure they were gonna come back out again like the Brixton show an it was a bit weird for the stream to end on so many boo's.

Still looked incredible to be there and the Reunited cover opener is classic Faith No More wit.

Patton is a beast I tells ya he OWNS the stage with the best voice in rock.

Sure most people will be happy they swapped Just A Man for We Care A Lot too
