It's interesting to see which bits of gingers songwriting people prefer. I've always gone for the pop element i.e. the perfect blend of catchy verse, hook and chorus, but with added bonus of awesome riff!

I personally would never choose TWAT or the dying art... as amongst the best, but I guess thats what makes the songwriting so good - it's varied enough that there's a little something for everyone! Btw this is a love in thread if you haven't guessed...

Here's mine - focussed quite heavily on the glam rock and massive choral songs...and it fits on a CD with a build up through the gears to a choral finish and slow comedown...

I've done a couple of "Best of Ginger" CDs before and it's very difficult without a few WH songs though I am a much bigger fan of the SG5/GATSC albums than the WH stuff. Not a big fan of most of MH which makes getting it down to 15 a bit easier.
