I finally got to meet my guitar-hero. That was cool.
Also, one of the songs on their new album has a fancy guitar bit that is very, very similar to the fancy guitar bit in Howling Willie's "Country Boy".

I've had the luck of actually listening to the new album already and I think it's a grower, my taste has changed so much since Waiting For The Punchline it seems like there's something missing but I'll give it another few whirls before i pass proper judgment on it, I didn't like the song Star when it first got released buy I do now so hopefully the rest of the album will do the same.
On a completely unrelated note I think I'm being stalked by the Eagles, everywhere I've been today I've heard Hotel California and all She Wants to do Is Dance.
