i'm debating whether or not this is worth buying for the TWO tracks on it that i dont have.... but i am kinda completist when it comes to actual songs (rather than formats, i don't care about vinyl etc.).

i'll probably wait a few months and get it cheap used off amazon.

I'm not sure if this helps any of you or not, but the most likely reason that 'The Works' is not comprehensive is because the master tapes have been lost or damaged!!!

Eastwest as a label no longer exists and I've noticed other artists who used to be with them have had this happen. Normally this results in a re-recording by the artist of the 'lost' songs...but 'The Works' is not endorsed by the band.

Off course, the obvious thing for the record label to do would be to pull said tracks of an old cd for re-mastering and re-release, but, and I know this'll make yus smile...They most likely don't have the original cd's either.

Another reason might be Ginger's fondness for moving on to the next thing & not to live in the past.

The cover of the album, if it is the finished product, looks as if they scanned the net & pulled off the first pic they could find!

All in all, a bit of a shame, as I've dreamt about a set like this for years!
