you can still get hold o that one quite easily... i picked up a replacement copy o that album a few month ago for like a 5er!

oh yeah, they're still available, it's just that i feel they've been forgotten about, and neither achieved the success they deserved. the b*movie heroes one i got for 79p NEW from a seller on amazon! and the therapy one was under a fiver.

my wife and i had a clear out of cassettes recently because we never listen to them anymore and it was breaking my heart how many great albums i had and have been unable to replace on cd either through cost or unavailability.

Like Smashing Pumpkins, but with a good singer... I still remember seeing them support Terrorvision in '96 and was blown away. Shame they went all Coldplay.

here's a good'un; from about 5 years ago, a compilation of up-and-coming british rock/metal/punk bands called "Louder than the Crowd."

it's a cracking little collection, 41 tracks, i bought it off amazon the other day for A PENNY (plus p+p), and there's several more on offer for a similar price. got some bands that never really took off (jarcrew, jerry-built, and hondo maclean anyone?) and some who've done well since (skindred, sikth, reuben, johnny truant, funeral for a friend, breed 77, fony etc. etc.)

definitely worth a look. i remember it was being touted as the best comp ever in kerrang at the time, and i'd forgotten about it til i accidentally found it on amazon the other day.

kerbdog-i had a couple of the singles but never got round to the album, though i wish i did. what did you think of wilt?

feeder - couldn't agree more. i saw them supporting moist and in a pub with cecil and they were fantastic. they had a couple of good tunes later but nothing to match the early stuff.

Yep, was released in japan only though unfortunately and was deleted long ago....however, it's available on itunes again now
