Errrr.... am I the only one that suddenly found images of Random and his balls in my brain? I did some googling and found the date of June 26th 2006 at Newcstle Carling Academy 2 - and I do believe the lovely Chris Catylyst-Robochrist was the support act.

Thanks, Sarc, for bringing up the inflatable sheep. I think I still have the photos on the other PC!

*off to find some alcohol to try to remove the images from my poor old mind*

Phew! It's good to know that it wasn't a figment of my imagination. Especially as one of the balls landed in my pint! I wonder what psychiatrists would make of THAT if it was all in my mind!

You seem well balanced from where I'm sitting, but that's possibly not saying much... :?

I believe that one's around here somewhere- I brought it home for the cats to play with

Indeed. I'm sure we must have met at some point, possibly Scarborough? I'm not gonna comment on my state of balance, I'll leave that to others on here who know me ;)

And if you think the balls thing is bad, try an inflatable sheep!

It's quite possible, I don't know. I was at Scarborough, but me and my mate were in the Grand (along with most of the support bands I think), so we didn't see many people 'til the gig. And even then I spent about half the day with Zo and the other half in the beer queue. :?

From what I know about Sarc, the sheep's not that surprising.

So probably bumped into you then as I was in the pub with Zo the night before *waves to Zo*

Sadly, it was a joint idea between him, my brother, Trace and myself. And that way madness lies :D

Well, I *started* at the front for Planet of Women as I know the lovely Jase, but I, er, ran for the beer tent with James and Mike shortly after they came on. And I was *at* the beer tent when Plan A started so I ended up just outside the tent but near the front with two pints  They were rather good though!

Blimey missus, that's a bit of a posting spate you've been on!!!

Scarborough, dont remind me - I'm still shivering. Brr.

D'you know, I can hardly remember anything about the night before. Took Dingwall to remind me that I'd even BEEN in the pub, I was convinced I was just drinking with the others at the campsite all night :S (I think I may have had a few too many)

I know, I don't know what came over me! I may go back to lurking now after all that excitement!

Yes, you were in the pub with the rest of us reprobates :) We had a good laugh, from what I remember! You may have even made it to the pub on the morning of the gig as well - can't quite remember that bit...

I did?

I know I went to the beach down the steepest hill ever, and then drew a huuuuuuuge smileybones in the sand. and other things.

and then we went to a pub again half way up the hill.

WHY is my memory of this SO BAD???

ooh, do you remember my spade? They wouldn't let me take it in because it might be used as 'a weapon'. pfft. really. I do remember waving it at them and going "it's a CHILDS PLASTIC SPADE, what am I gonna do, DIG someone to death?"

Other than that, everything's relatively sketchy... :?

(but I can remember EVERYTHING from cert 18 at york when you 'rescued' me, hehehe)
