Ooh! Me too! I want ten of them! :D

And some Smileybones baubles to dangle on the Christmas tree.

What about Ringtones and screens? They seem to be quite *ahem* down with the kids.

My phone screen is this :-

And I found a camp polyphonic Vanilla Radio on a site somewhere.

Good idea! But wah, too much crossover with the forum and the list! At this rate we'll all be having the same conversations twice.. ;)

I emailed Ginger direct over a year ago when i purchased the Live at 40 cd from the site. After not receiving it, i emailed the site and got a really arrogant response, telling me that the guy was 'pissed off' because i was chasing the CD (quite reasonably i would add in view of the time from order to enquiry). He also said that he was not just there to wait for orders and send items out, he had a family and other things to do as well. I was discusted. I emailed Ginger direct through the Wildhearts site and pointed out that someone who is not prepared to overlook these things might take a view and never buy any Wildhearts stuff again. I will because i am a fan and accept that life is not always perfect.

Slightly diappointed at the time that Ginger or his support guys did not acknowledge my email even to acknowledge the problem that had occured.

Also, Metallica have a download service, were you can down load a mp3 copy of the gig you have just attended, how cool would that be peeps ?

I know this is a bit off topic, but some bands even offer CDs of the gig on the way out, I only waited about 10 mins at the Levellers and could listen to the concert I just heard on the way home! That would be nice in the future, plus for £15 it wasn't even too pricy for a double CD.

I know the Levellers' manager - I'm going to have to ask her about this and how easy it is to set up...

It says on the back of the cd that it was done by ConcertLive, their website is http://www.concertlive.co.uk/

If I buy swag from now on it'll be at gigs - at least I know I'll get it. Have done around 4 grands worth of business with Ebay / Paypal in the last four or five years and this is the one occasion that it's gone Pete Tong.

Edit : Just got home and my merch has arrived, hope everyone else's turns up as well.

Was this Wayne guy running his business through Paypal?
If you haven't received goods and you paid via Paypal you can do a Paypal chargeback as long as it's within 45 days of payment. If it's more than 45 days you need to contact your credit card company and you can do a chargeback through them instead.
Hope everyone who's missing stuff gets what they ordered. You never know it might still turn up... I remember waiting ages for the Fishing For Luckies fan club CD to arrive!

Dear God yes, must've run into months waiting for that to turn up. :?

Worth the wait though - Possibly the best 8 quid I ever spent. :D

I was just thinking that. No wonder you never got a reply, the guy probably "accidentally" deleted your email before Ginger ever got to see it.
How dare you!

having just found this thread i too received an arsey e-mail (which i still have in my hotmail account, i'll try and find it and post it on here later) from that prick who runs the old site. I did however get my copy of live begins at 40 but it was over 3 weeks waiting for it (this was last year i think, alots happened since then)

It is unacceptable on his part, it's not really the best manner to do business in is it? to add to the thread about what people want to see, id like to see some more ginger related stuff, I do love the wildhearts and the smileybones (its tattooed on my leg) but this is ginger and the sonic circus!!!

so lets see some more t-shirt designs, hats, socks, condoms and pencil sharpeners people!!!
