Surprised there's been so few mentions of The Way, just for that chorus alone!

But it's true, pretty much every song on the album could be a single.

Would be a good idea to do a single, even if it costs a bit getting a video out on the rock tv stations would convert a lot of people who otherwise wouldnt know any better,

Could do like Therapy? did with "Rock You Monkeys" and have a video with a download only single to make things cheaper...
I vote "The Man Who Cheated Death" for a single though...

Bullshit doesn't seem to be a problem on the radio (have you heard it recently? - Hmmm, off to the cloakroom you say??). George Michael and the fat one who left Westlife have both got away with it recently.

I'd have to say, if you're pushing for more than just niche market airplay, The Man Who Cheated Death is probably the way to go for a first single.

I guess I was being selfish thinking of my own radio show, I can't play any songs that swear, shame really cos lots of Ginger penned songs swear a bit.

Ah, you'd spotted that? Yeah, he does seem pretty fond of the more colourful areas of Th'English language.

Johnnie Walker once played The Darkness' 'Givin' Up' and nobody complained about all the Fucks until he apologised for playing it. Same when Mark Goodier played RATM 'Killing...' on the chart show and nobody really cared.

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah was played on the Phil Jupitas show on 6Music with Bullshit left in and that was the breakfast show!

Anyway, if they can say it on Eastfuckingenders then why should it be a problem?

Definately the obvious single.

I'd love to direct a video for 'Man who...', there's just so much potential for it, both in performance and story ideas. I've got a full storyboard planned in my head for it. (I'm doing a masters in video production at the minute, that song would make an awesome video for my project!). I could see it being on the music channels and getting a lot more people into ginger.

It's gotta be 'This is Only a Problem' for sheer taking the airwaves potential.

Music videos seem pretty pointless nowadays- well, at least as pointless as TV advertising anyway. I guess they're fine if you're an act with the money and time to indulge in making something cool- but really, does any real music lover actually bother watching music TV channels anymore? :?

Yeah I did just yesterday. Sat and watched a load of cheesy 80's pop vids cos I was bored. I'd like to see a new Ginger video but it would only get played a couple of times and forgot about like everything else.

Exactly- they're just a nostalgia thing now, something bands used to have to do to advertise a single which was advertising the album.
