I've heard it 3 or 4 times now and it does nothing for me so far. Saying that, Valor took a while to click with me.

Valor clicked first time with me. Yoni took 3 listens.

Funny that, for me, VDC took a few listens before it clicked whereas Yoni clicked straight away. I think the reason for me is that my favourite songs on VDC are on CD2 and my favourite tracks on Yoni are the first 5 or so.

Yoni's seriously good tho :-) Jake is my favourite song so far. Immensely heartfelt and I love it :-)

Only had chance to listen to it twice so far. The only track that hasn't grabbed me yet is "Save Me". Loving almost all the other tracks, bit keep popping into my head at work and I can't remember which song they're from! Jon's bass bit is outstanding in "Born Again" - more of that please!!! Is there anybody that doesn't know Black Windows backwards by now?

As for the sleeve - just thought all the mistakes were carrying on the trend from the "Vaolr Del Corazon" cover

Choked up a bit at the "Tattyheid" part....

The way Kerrang! are going they will probably review it two months after it was released.

They don't seem to have their finger on the pulse these days.

Though was nice of them to print my letter taking the piss out of Ian Watkins.

Kerrang's a waste of space - don't bother with it anymore. Ian Watkins IS Limahl.

Ha ha! Ginger won the "scruffiest bastard" award - as voted by readers - at least one year.

That wouldn't have been the same year that he conducted his "how long can I go without washing" experiment, would it? :?

Well, had it since Monday and I like it...but I think I prefer Valor. First 2 are stunning, "This bed is on Fire" is great and I really like "Siberian Angel" (SOunds like the guy outta "The Commitments" singing - Andrew Strong ??). "Night I was Born Again" is a bit to "Chilli Peppers" for me, and "Why Cant you be normal..." has a great chorus but the verses just jar with me - I cant "find" the tune/rythm in it - anyone know what Im saying here ? "Holiday" is a bit lightweight, but catchy.
Dont get me wrong, I really like it and am well pissed off me and Mrs. Kite are missing the latest gigs. Im sure itll be a grower.

PS GOt well pissed on Saturday in my local and decided to serenade one of my buddies with "A little bit of Gravy". Loudly. In a busy pub.

Had a few listens to Yoni now and i have to say the 2nd half of the album grabs me much more than the first half.(saying that i love Holiday)

Favourite songs are Can't Drink You Pretty and The Night i was Born Again.

One thing that does annoy me...This Bed is on Fire...i cant even say the title without singing Laid by James as thats the opening line.

If i was to give it marks out of 10 it'd be 7.5 i think.
