Well Dingwall was there (It was he and Zo who RJP congratulated from the stage) if that's who you mean? but he wasn't recording AFAIK. (I don't know that he does do the recording, or whether he just collects and distributes them?)

The Dudley Setlist

As supplied by a hardcore scorchers fiend; have a great Manchester, and see y'all in Leeds!

lost highway
i really don't want to know
absolutely sweet marie
shop it around
cappucino rosie
help! there's a fire
golden ball and chain
crashin' down
close up the road
harvest moon
i'm sticking with you
broken whiskey glass
you got a way with me
19th nervous breakdown (fekkin' smokin')
encores...
fortunate son
white lies

ginger was great, warner proved once again just how bad-ass he is, kenny and fenner laid an unbelievable groove down. not much else to say other than 'pure, dead, brilliant'.

Oh, and welcome to the messageboard - No running, shouting, or piddling in the shallow end.

Nope, so hopefully Random'll do something with them rather than just playing support slots at Ginger gigs, 'cos it seems a waste otherwise. :|

Ta, Ean Ü!

I was on the mailing list for years, but it killed my mailbox after I went on hols, so I had to drop off; good to find the forum!

Saw the Scorchers in Spain on 8th September; they were phenomenal. Saw Ginger with the Scorchers at the Mean Fiddler in about 1998, that was pretty amazing too; looking forward to Leeds tomorrow...

Yep, was recorded. We went the manc gig last night too so we've yet to listen back to the quality of either of them.

If they're listenable we'll let you guys know :D

If they are, I'd love a copy! We weren't too far from you, as it happens, just off to the side, but only for the GDW set before we had to go. I don't get ahuge amount of time at work to browse forums, so if you could send me an email through here to let me know when and how much etc I'd really appreciate it.
Eh, is this thing on?

Here's my review of London, along with a few pics. There are some more snaps on Photobucket.

In short: me like.
