Apart from the obvious Wildhearts and Ginger releases not that much stood out for me - apart from:

Patchwork Grace - 'Milk Teeth'
Johnny Panic - 'The Good Fight'
"and don't forget the joker!"

Wildhearts and Ginger, plus...

Clutch - From Beale Street to Oblivion
Chris Cornell - Carry on
QOTSA - Era Vulgaris (still growing on me, but I'm Designer is the shittest thing they've ever done)
Hamell on Trial - Songs for Parents Who Enjoy Drugs
Tori Amos - American Doll Posse

I'm struggling to remember anything else... NIN was disappointing, I've only listened to the Foos new one a couple of times, other than that, it was a crap year for music.

I have to agree. There were too few albums release in 2007 that genuinely excited me. The Wildhearts album was excellent and still grows on me more and more with every listen. The Donnas album was also pretty good but almost every other good album I brought last year was released in 2006 or before (honourable mentions go to Be Your Own Pet and The Gossip). However, for me one album that was released in 2007 does stand out above all the others and that was Tegan & Sara's The Con.

The Wildhearts - The Wildhearts
Ginger - Yoni
Coheed & Cambria - No World for Tomorrow
Jimmy Eat World - Chase this Light
Machine Head - The Blackening
Robyn - Robyn

With notable mentions to the Foos & Avenged Sevenfold, both decent albums that took a few listens to get into, but still aren't up to their previous efforts.

I tend to get stuck listening to the same albums over and over, as it's usually on my mp3 player I stick to something I know I like!

So my most played albums in no particular order

The Wildhearts - The Wildhearts
Ginger - Yoni
CJ&TS - 13
Jackdaw4 - Bipolar Diversions
Johnny Panic - The Good Fight
Dropkick Murphys - The Meanest Of Times
David Ford - Songs For The Road
Frank Turner - Sleep is For The Week
Puressence - Don't Forget To Remember

other albums that got played more than once:
The Raveonettes - Lust Lust Lust
Mad Caddies - Keep It Going
Jimmy Eat World - Chase This Light (was more hooked on the last one when it was released the other year)
The New Amsterdams - At The Foot Of My Rival

not quite had long enough to listen to that many times but like what I heard:
Favez - Bigger Mountains, Higher Flags (plus previous albums I HAVE listened to)
Hardcore Superstar - Dreamin' In A Casket
Moke - Shorland

and a few others, but my memory fails me and I haven't got them all on my mp3 player to check!
