as a coupla late additions to the "best of 2007" listage, i'd have to recommend "sworn to a great divide" by soilwork (featuring some excellent vocal production from some fella called devin...), and "666: Live" by billy talent.

The Wildhearts - The Wildhearts (not just because Im on the board, I genuinely think this is one of the finest albums by any band in a very long time - blew my head off the first time I herd it!)
Reuben - In Nothing We Trust (The second most underated band in the world)
Fightstar - One Day Son (Yes, that twat out of Busted and yes, one of the best albums of the year)
Biffy Clyro - Puzzel
Enter Shikari - Take to the Skies (I wanted so much to hate this techno/metal mess but it is incredible)
Silverchair - Young Modern (Bloody 'ell! Listen to Frog Stomp then this! The quirkyest album of the year)
Serj Tankian - Elect The Dead
Skindred - Roots Rock Riot
Smashing Pumpkins - Zeitgeist
Devin Townsend - Ziltoid The Omnissient
Dead IDentities - Music For the Waiting Room
Turbonegro - Retox (Their best one yet)
