The Wildhearts

I know Ginger has plenty of projects on the go , and CJ has had other bands but I just wondered what the band members old and new get up to when they aren't in The Wildhearts, or when the band isn't doing much?

I have always beeen curious as to what the band member's lives outside of the band consist of (not in a scary stalker type way, you understand) but because the Wildhearts have never been hugely successful, it makes me wonder if any of them have "day-jobs" or maybe work on other people's albums?

Does anyone know what Stidi or Danny are up to?

Ginger gets interviewed a fair amount and used to post a lot of personal stuff on his website, so I have a fair idea of the type of person he is, and what his life has entailed but the other guys are a bit of a mystery.

Stidi is in a band , theres a thread or post around here about it. Someone should know where it is.

As for Danny , I don't think anyone really knows. There was news going round last year (or maybe longer than that) that he was going to release solo material or something like that but nobodys heard any news in a long long time. I never had the privalige in the god knows how many times i've seen Ginger/The Wildhearts to see Danny in action and I can't really see it happening anytime soon. Hope hes doing ok and hasn't gone back to his old ways.

Btw if you want to check out some Danny stuff , the Yo-Yo's were immense.

Cheers, I have got the Yo-Yos album and really like it, I also bought that mini album not so long ago when I stumbled across it on Amazon, I think the line-up was different, but still included Danny, wasn't as good as their debut though.

Yeah, I hope he is well too, he always seemed a really friendly guy on stage and in interviews.

last time i saw danny, he was playing bass for dogs damour at bradford rios. not heard of anything since. believe the club has gone now too... anyone any info on that??

Yeah it moved to leeds.
