I need a few Wildhearts CDs...

Does anyone have extra copies of the following that they'd be willing to sell at a fair price?:

Endless Nameless
Landmines And Pantomimes
Tokyo Suits Me
Fishing For Luckies (Re-release/fish cover- preferably the Japanese version)
Anarchaic Airwaves
Anthem: The Single Tracks

Living in the US, these are hard to come by, and they go for insane prices on eBay that I can't afford - can anyone please help?

As far as money goes, where does insane start?

HMV Japan is listing Landmines And Pantomimes and Anarchic Airwaves for 2008 Yen (approx 18 dollars) each. They'll ship to the US, and they're pretty quick at processing and shipping.

There's an Anthem... on Ebay at the moment - from the place where I got mine - at 15 dollars (plus $12 insured postage to the US).

Welcome to the board BTW. :D

Thanks for the reply!

I'm ideally looking at around $10-$15 each (Basically the standard price of a CD) - I work in radio, so as you can imagine - the money isn't exactly pouring in!

That's why I came here asking for help - from actual fans of the band, rather than dealing with people jacking up the price on eBay just because they can.

You might have a problem getting some of these for $15 as I think they're almost all deleted now.

With the Japanese ones, there are ways around eBay - It'll involve some maths, but you have to do a Worldwide search to get the Japanese listings and then look for items that end in the middle of the night UK time (they're 9 hours ahead of the UK, so ideally you want them to finish between 9am and 2pm Japanese time) - as they get fewer bids from the main WH buying market.

I'd suggest Amazon, but having just had a look and seen Anthem... for $100, probably best not - although annoyingly they do have everything apart from Fishing... in stock.

You might find a few of them from sellers on this list.

I'll keep looking, I suppose. I've seen a few bargains on eBay. I scored Fishing For More Luckies for about $10 or so last week!

Looks like "Landmines.." is taken care of.

Anyone have any good leads on Endless, Nameless or the others?

If you're patient, you'll be able to find decent prices. I found the Japanese EN on eBay for about £8, and see the others fairly regularly on there. Might also be worth keeping an eye on Amazon marketplace, too?

I'm keeping my eye on all of the usual suspects - Amazon, eBay, and even MusicStack. If eil wasn't such a fucking ripoff, I'd factor them in to the equation as well.

I don't know how eil keep going. Does anybody pay their inflated prices for stuff? I could maybe understand it in the days before ebay but surely not now.

There's a guy on ebay who's selling three or four of what you're after - you might be able to do a deal on postage if you win more than one?

'Course it doesn't help your overseas purchasing that the dollar is tanking somewhat at the moment... :?

Thanks for the head's up - the conversion isn't that bad. 1 British pound is about $2 US - so those are still some pretty good deals - I'll look in to it - thanks again!
