No probs man , Am liking your pics very much , awesome quality. Did you take anymore ?

I probably seen you during the gig , but there were so many smiley bones t-shirts it would be hell of a guessing game :D

Umm I was wearing the Geordie In Wonderland shirt and I have two Wildhearts tattoos on my left arm so wasnt to hard to miss me 8)

I took a video of them playing OCD aswell , well it hurts to listen too but i'll upload it anyway just incase people wanna see the video which is a fairly decent quality , just make sure you turn off the speakers cause its not a pleasent noise. Wouldnt be too out of sorts on Endless Nameless

Has there been any sightings of the legend that is Hot Steve on this tour?

Oh yes. After the Bristol show a fair minority stuck around afterwards to chant his name, which he had to acknowledge in the end. I was right at the front and could see him sidestage singing every word for the entire set. He is the man.

The place was jam packed, in fact even the Tescos car park across the road was full so I couldn't get a space. Fantastic set though short (1hr 10) and looked to be pretty much the same as they have played everywhere else so far.
Lots of rock and not much chat, a very slick show and I agree that Scott is a definite asset - I liked his new lyrics to Top of the World -"you ain't got no clue what to do on top of a girl".
Also a brief guest appearance from little Jake (if he hangs around backstage a lot I hope they make him wear earplugs or he'll be deaf as a post by the time he leaves primary school) and Dunc's pet cactus.
Met a few old stalwarts in the crowd - Wayne, Jason and Trudi, Mike and Debbie, Matt, Andy B and Ruth, Dave from Loose Thread and Tim from the Egos. Also said Hi to Hot Steve.
It was nice when Ginger thanked all the Wildhearts fans for sticking with them over so many years - also good to hear that the album had gone Top 40.

Yes, indeed, me too! I don’t think there’s a single thing Ginger has done in any of his incarnations that I can honestly say I don't like. But it all sounds SOOOOO much better live. I thought 'OCD' was amazing. And 'Rooting' is a new highlight.
Hope London is just as crowded and just as good and they can stretch the set to an hour and a half and maybe squeeze in a few more favourites and new songs.

hey pat

good review, am well looking forward to tomorrow's gig in london and seeing them again. really crossing fingers for new stuff in the set. although must admit, i agree than i am a fan of both e,n and twmbd. both albums i reckon i could pick out 3 songs that are a bit surplus to requirements admittedly, but apart from that think both are totally fab!!!

never really got the song 'ocd' though, its never grabbed me..........

see you in londres!
