Venue website says the capacity is 2000, so i would imagine it'd sell out rather quickly!!!

I posted/started a thread about this last night but it was removed. No idea why.

The whole idea of sending the message out to the Update List was so that the presale wouldn't end up on the board and, therefore, be publicly available (the message even stated as such in the second paragraph), otherwise what's the point?

The fact that certain third party sites blew the gaff renders this somewhat moot but, hey ho, worth a try.

Oh dear. I just forwarded the pre-sale link to someone else who didn't get it from the mailing list. He couldn't get tickets and reckons the pre-sale tickets may have sold out already. Anyone else having trouble?

its still going to limit it to people who check this site regularly - so they probably should be on that list even if they are not.

It did (or was intended to) Looks like it went out to the majority of people, but that a number didn't receive the message. It looks like this mail out has uncovered a problem with the mailing software we're using. It hasn't been apparent til now, as normally we don't get such clear feedback on who is and isn't receiving messages.

I'll be investigating now the people who haven't received the message to see if there is any link between them as to why they don't get the same message. Could be based on position in the list of subscribers, a particular ISP banning the IP address of our hosting company, etc.

I assume you didn't get the mailout about the new album yesterday either then?
