So where and when exactly are people meeting up then?
I know some people have mentioned speakeasy but what sort of time are we looking at?

Do you reckon I should get tickets in advance or risk it and hope they have some left on the door?

I've always booked ahead before but I've got a feeling this ones going to be quiet....

Well I'm assuming it is in the main room though there is another gig the same night (Stan Bush - never heard of him myself). Haven't seen much promotion (being a warm up date I wouldn't expect much) so I reckon there will be tickets on the door. Then again if it is in a smaller room do you really want to take the risk?

Its got 'main hall' on the tickets bit of the website. I don't reckon theyd play anything other than that would they? Especially after Gngers comments at the Mansfileld gig...

Yeah I'd have thought so too though curiously my ticket doesn't say (I got it through See)

The rock city website still says main hall - but i have a feeling its going to be pretty empty (particularly after playing several dates in the area just a few months back).
No idea if they could change it to another room or not.

Anyone know what time the wildhearts are on stage?

Ding's supervisor at work is being a complete bitch so we can't leave chester till 6 at the earliest, not sure if we'll make it....

I'd imagine 8.30 - 9 depending on how long they are playing for. Saturday gigs normally have a 10pm curfew to allow for the club night

Bugger, doesn't look like we'll make it then. It's 2 1/2 hours on a good run, not allowing for chester tea-time traffic.

Can't believe we're missing a gig cos the stupid woman wont swap shifts. Apparently she NEEDS to finish at 4 cos she's on a night out 5 mins away from her house. What a muppet. I'm so mad!

my advice is I go up there and strangle her....

Honestly, you wouldn't believe how much of a cow she's being lately. Ding swaps shifts with her all the time, but she rarely returns the favour anymore. And now I'm missing a wildhearts gig, I've completely lost all patience with her.

I should really come here more often - I only found out about this gig a few days ago via last.fm!

I'm in, even if it means going back home via the sodding airport.
