Chris Evans likes The Wildhearts?

I had never heard this before. Interesting.

Errrrrrr, excuse me if I'm wrong, but isn't that what radio 1 plays from 6pm till 6am???????????????????????

AND ALL OF IT ABSOLUTE WANK!!!!!

Uhh - I think you'll find Zane Lowe's R1 show is FUCKING WICKED (ever listened to it more than once?) and if you've got any interest in a wide range of new music, all of it with BALLS, then I suggest you take a listen. And if you don't think Zane's got taste, check out his 'crowd rocker' slot where he plays everything from RATM to The Smashing Pumpkins to Run DMC to Pearl Jam to The Pixies to My Bloody Valentine, as well as playing harder bands like Mastadon, Trivium and Bullet For My Valentine - the man got TASTE and personally I reckon he would be on-side and into The Wildhearts, I'm just not sure he's got the guts to play em...

I upset Zane once and wish I hadn't as he is a nice bloke with decent taste in music.

Anyway, a concentrated effort for Phill J, would be a good idea as his last show is Friday.

Txt him on 64046

The man is a legend and will be missed on 6

You may have more joy hassling the likes of Kerrang! Radio and Planet Rock who have lots and lots of listener request slots and you'll be surprised at the amount of listeners they get

Daniel P Carter (formerly of 'A') is the Radio 1 rock show dj now,He might be worth a few emails.I've met him a few times and he's a fine chap and a practising Satanist to boot! Still no idea why he was 'tech'ing for The Bloodhound Gang the other week in Sheffield.

On the subject of Chris Evans liking the Wildhearts:- he had Honeycrack live on his TFI show back in 1996! So, he might be well worth badgering for some airplay..............

I have to admit I already have a copy, and I love it to bits. There is something special about hearing it on a public broadcast that has me drooling with excitement tho :) Takes me back to listening to Schizophonic on the Bruce Dickinson Rock Show years ago :)

A CJ song now too...
