Gaaah, still no WH tickets.

I have, however, just impulse-bought a pair of Klaxons tickets as they're playing the Ritz for a matinee show. Too novel to pass up, when tickets are only £8.50 each.

But no sign of WIldies tickets. *whinge*

The Koko is an excellent venue!! Been there a few times over the years (last being Saint Etienne in June 2005). The venue has a sloped floor so you get a good view and it has balconies at the back and sides, on all different levels, that you can just wander in and out of and sit where you like.

Last time I was there they only sold beer in cans and they were about £3 each.

Top venue tho'.

Just ordered 5 tickets for Southampton.

Am I the only one here who lives in the south? :?

Klaxons are ace live. You'll enjoy them.

Does the Ritz (I presume that's the Manchester one) still have the bouncy dancefloor?

Good to hear! Thought they might be quite fun. (And they have the best official website ever.)

And yup, the Ritz still has its wonderful dancefloor. Seen Primal Scream there twice, and it's a great little live venue. *boing*

Just phoned the Academy venue up and confirmed that my 11 year old son can attend. If you see him, he's called Connor, say hello.

Saw the hearts there just before they released Endless Nameless - it was a total sweatbox!!! Great atmosphere though.

They played a load of songs off Endless Nameless that night and I remember thinking it was gonna be the best album ever... how dissapointed i was when I bought the distorted, migraine inducing mess! :)
