Alas, I had to give up on my quest for Mansfield. As a consolation, I'll be at the Milton Keynes gig.

Enjoy Mansfield...it'll be great.

Wwhhaat aa ggiigg.

We got jokes, we got discussion and we got one hell of a show.

All of the bands seemed to have a technical problem tonight, but they all soldiered on through it.

And Ginger said they wont be playing small gigs anymore/or for much longer. Can't remember.

Wahheey, just got back from a rain sodden 250 mile round trip.

Great show, lots of banter, pissing about and some strange jamming at times. Ginger even fired a toy rifle at one point.

Ginger said they need to be playing better places than here, or they'll quit!!!! That wasn't a stage - more like a dodgy Saturday nite disco dancefloor.

Nice to meet geordierussel and Maria, Liiisa and Andyb.

Biggest thanks goes to the 2 lads who started moshing right in front of the bikers moll, she was getting right on my tits.

Morning!!!

I think the red bull has kicked in! Should be a fun day at work...

Great performance, and great to meet Col at last after managing to avoid it at the "home" one last Monday.

Off to bounce to the coffee machine...

Don't want to overhype things but.....

Definately one of my favourite gigs ever last night...

Ritch is now definately in my opinion the WHs best drummer

(this might updet some Danny fans) Scott is now my first choice bass player - best thing to happen to the WHs in a long time.

Ginger and CJ as amazing as ever. All in all, the best WHs lineup and the one that has most potential to get the recognotion they deserve from the wider music world.

Good God. You can tell I was sober last night. Normally I'd be saying something like 'Top Night, can't remeber much though'...etc etc!!

PS

forgot to add. Didnt see the support at Nottingham but caught them last night - didn't know anything about either of them until last night. Thought GU were really good - might even invest in an album.

Sign. Mmmm. What can I say about Sign. Not really my cup of tea. I spent the first half of their set squinting from the back thinking "wow, thats the most flat chested woman I've ever seen". Then realising it was a bloke. I think. Musically very good but not my cup of tea. He had a very pretty face for a bloke though. Mmmm....I knew staying sober was a bad idea, I'm off to have a quiet word with myself.
