I have been to two shows in Osaka and Nagoya.Seems like the
set at the both shows were pretty much as the same as the ones
in England.The band came on to the theme of GTT in the
background and then kicked off Ugly...Good shows though they
had a smaller crowd than the ones Ginger has ever had w/ Wildhearts,
Silverginger 5 at the same venues.
Ginger looked a little crazy in Nagoya picking up lots of pics throwing
to the floor,putting a fire with a hairspray on,and even made a little
plane with Japanese money 1000 Yen ( 5 Pounds!) flying it to the floor
when made a comment as a intro to Sonic Shake.He played w/ some
coins as making a comments to the song while Conny singing
Money Money Money by ABBA.
And Jon danced as crazy as he always does and even tried to
stagedive in Nagoya which made us laugh lots.Luis also got himself
down to the floor to join us sing/dance along together.
Actually there were some problems w/Gingers guitar,sound etc
but they played well and put a big smile on every one of us,which
meant more than anything we have had at the shows,I guess.
However I expect them to come back to Japan with all of 9 people
together to bring more beautiful noise...Maybe next time?
