Great White Monkey is an acoustic live album that was available to buy at Ginger’s acoustic shows (featuring Jon Poole) as a single disc. The Round Records version features both sets that were played on the night and is now 26 tracks over two discs. The album was recorded at the Rugeley Rose Theatre in Staffordshire on 27 September 2003.

Arrived today from HMV

It takes some getting used to hearing the songs in the origonal order as Ive got the old tracklisting imprinted on my brain but some of the newly added banter esp Jon's Duran Duran rant had me laughing out loud

Suprised the origonal cd had the set so out of order after listening to this one and didnt include the awesome versions of She's So Taboo, 29 x The Pain or the Pissjoy/Suckerpunch/Nurse medley

Ha just burst out laughing again at Jon's "COCK!" in the middle of Spike Milligan

Forgot to add that the whole album sounds alot louder and cleaner than the origonal

Obviously been remasterd which makes the songs sound 10x better to my ears
