I see both sides of the "Getting big" argument. I suppose it leads to arguments of "selling out" (Ca'nt see ginger doing that somehow).

I just wish people would hear a song now and then on mainstream channels (ie Radio 1) and thgink "Wow, ill check that out". I had "Black Windows" playing through my work PC a few days back and the only comment I got was "whats that rubbish - its crap".

After removing my fingers from her eye balls I we had a heated debate on the virtues of "pop" music (shes mid 40s and like sugerbabes etc) vs "proper" music that makes you think. I won the moral victory !

think of all those great artists that we have all been to see live/bought cds by, that fall by the wayside because they can't afford to keep going. sometimes a small amount of adoring fans isn't enough.
luckily ginger seems to be a stubborn bastard and keeps going in form or another (solo,wildies, accoustic,sg5 etc).

and anyway much as i love it I can't see yeah,yeah,yeah setting the charts alight. Unless we all go and buy hundreds of copies each
