Download Festival On TV

Not sure if GATSS will be featured, but worth recording anyway.

Sunday 18 June
2:10am - 3:10am
Channel 4 4 Music:Download Festival 2006

Monday 19 June
1:05am - 2:05am
Channel 4 Download Festival 2006

Now then, what pisses me off is that this is a major festival over 3 days and only gets one hour of coverage, on channel 4, in the middle of the night.

I know we should be grateful for small things, but the chances of GATSS being on here are very slim.

Fingers crossed.

Dont Kerrang or Scuzz usually devote afternoons to footage of it...although thats probably main stage only stuff...

I was gonna say Kerrang and Scuzz will be there, but we'll likely get to see the main stage stuff only though. Might get to hear the new metallicA song on there though, which is pretty ace btw.

Indeed, it sounds like Harvester of Sorrow, It's Electric, and the good bit (that riff, possibly the only really good bit in the song) of St. Anger all rolled into one.

Had Kerrang! TV on most of the day - I loved Guns 'n Roses, Metallica and Lacuna Coil at Donington, but just how many times are they going to play them??? Grrrr, wouldn't it be nice if each band had their own set in its entirity on instead of a clippet here and there or nothing at all?
